Today is Tuesday and we marry on Friday... Eeeeeeeeeeek!
I'm heading to Lincoln for final preparations... picking blooms for the tablecentres, making final tweaks to the table plan, trying desperately to decide what to do with my hair, testing make-up for the day, and trying to chill out as much as possible.
The vows are complete, I've beaten a speech out of Tim (!) and thank you cards/gifts have been sorted.
It seems crazy to think that just over a year ago we were in Rome for one of my best friend's wedding and in a couple of days she will be flying over from her new home in the US to help lead our own ceremony. It's all a little bit surreal, to be quite honest, but very exciting all the same.
So I plan on making the most of the time I have with these friends, who are travelling to spend the day/weekend with us, and I will be back sometime over the next week or two with photos, stories and news from the Patch.
