Today I have a treat for you.
One of the things I have decided I want to do here at The Patch this year is share more of my stories. There was a time when I was busy writing so many children's stories and poems and I miss that. Now that I have a child of my own I should be writing more, not less. And yet I felt so stagnated when it came to creating things like this.
Over the Christmas period it struck me that maybe the reason I cannot find it in my heart to write any more is connected to the fact that I haven't shared those which I already have. After all, what is the point of creating stories if you're not going to share them?
And so I've decided to format my Scamp stories (one of the first series I created, initially for a friend, and later for all children) into PDF files that are easily downloadable and interactive (there are spaces in the story for children to illustrate it themselves!)
Today I am going to share with you the first story about Scamp, and I do hope you will like it.
I thought about whether I should sell them as eBooks, but in the end I decided that I just wanted to share them, and so they are offered for free as a PDF download. I am happy for you to download and print as many copies as you like, but please always remember that they took time to write and produce. It would be lovely if you could offer feedback and share my blog's name and address with others if you've enjoyed it.
You might even like to share some of the pictures your little ones have produced!
